Professional experience in architecture, electromechanical engineering, construction, supervision, and building maintenance, Mariano has developed a uniquely comprehensive understanding of real estate—from blueprint to final build. Since 2015, he has served as a property manager across different regions of Costa Rica. In 2019, he joined one of the nation’s largest condominium management companies, quickly advancing from administrative assistant to managing five properties simultaneously, leading a team of 23 people.
